If you head over to the new battle.net, which, btw, you didn’t quite get, is revamped and has a Star Craft II look and feel to it…anyway, so if you sign up for an account there, you get an option to ‘opt in’ to the Star Craft II closed beta.
However, no date of when the Beta is or even when the game is releasing
