The big screen reboot of Tomb Raider is now in production, and the first on-set images have appeared. They show star Alicia Vikander in action as Lara Croft–check them out below, via @vikanderonline:

Last week it was reported that Dominic West (The Wire) will play Lara’s father in the film. He joins Walton Goggins (Sons of Anarchy), who plays the bad guy, and Daniel Wu (Warcraft) as a ship captain who works with Croft on her adventure. The untitled Tomb Raider film comes to theaters on March 16, 2018.
